These terms explain how the certificate release is published, what becomes public, and how submitted materials are reviewed and handled.
Privacy
- We collect your name, photo, and order data to produce and publish your certificate.
- The final certificate image (including name and portrait) is published publicly on the website.
- Do not submit data or photos you cannot legally share.
- Raw buyer photos are retained for a limited period for production and support, then deleted.
Delivery & Publication
- The product is a public commemorative certificate release, not a physical shipment.
- After successful payment and valid detail submission, publication is scheduled within 48 hours.
- The finished certificate is made available on its website page, where it can be downloaded by the buyer.
No Refunds
- All completed payments are final and non-refundable.
- Chargebacks and disputes follow payment network rules and are outside our direct control.
Photo Authorization
- You confirm you own the photo or have explicit permission to use it.
- You authorize public display of the certificate image containing your name and likeness.
- The certificate is commemorative and does not represent real wealth, identity, or legal status.
Submission standards
- Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, explicit, or deceptive material.
- We may refuse, delay, or remove a submission that creates legal, safety, or brand risk.
- Publication timing may require manual review when a submission needs clarification.
